Youth commits suicide by jumping from central bank building

A 16-year-old youth has jumped from the top floor of the Fort Central Bank headquarters building in the Fort Police Division.

Police said the incident occurred around 3.15 pm today.

The body is to be taken to the Colombo National Hospital for postmortem examination.

Fort police are conducting further investigations.
